Fitness on web ? One of the most searched query on internet for many decades and the race is still going on is "how to be fit and healthy".This 3 word may be small but contains a world in it.When you scratch it. If you ask one sentence for fitness It is : Fitness is to look good.That`s it . You will search all the web ,can watch all the you tube videos ,or subscribe to emails list of different sites.It won`t help you,because your missing the basic points.Q:How people look into it ? Being healthy or staying healthy looks like a big task to people.There is so much information on internet that ,one get confuse.What to do or what to do not.Health standards are different for different people.I am not saying that fat people don`t have the space in this world.But to look good and be smart is the choice of every one . Main Problem :Every one is telling you the same thing ,with a little twist ? There are 3 "S" in fitness ,every thing goes around it or across it.Every one whether its a TV show ,a you tube channel or a fitness guru in Gym.All will talks about the same thing mainly, but with his own mind and style,that's what makes it different.The art of telling the tale is different not the thing they are telling you. Prior to the steps the main thing is to take time for your own self.Give your self time in a day.Be relax and Enjoy.That`s the thing mainly people are missing in this busy world. The 3 simple steps are : 1. Strength 2. Stamina 3. Slimming that's it ,nothing more nothing less. Let me explain a little to you more. Strength Training contains : weight training Exercise. Stamina Training contains : Stretching Exercise.Slimming Training contains : Cardio Exercise Strength Training contains : weight training. Lots of men are searching for the right material to gain muscles not weight.If you are looking to gain weight and build muscle ,you have to do weight train yourself with different Excercise.Lifting weights will not make your muscles,nutrition is the key element in weight lifting.Always Remember that If you want to gain muscles and be bulky .You should be eat good 70 % of Eating + 30% of Weight training will give you muscles One more thing ,Always make a plain of 3 to 6 Months if you want to gain weight,as gaining muscle mass will take time and firm commitment from you. Stamina Training contains : Stretching Exercise The second phase of fitness and health is to do Stretching ,you can do simple stretching ,or you can do most famous stretching techniques called Yoga/Pilates .Stretching your body every day will relax your muscles and you will feel good.You won`t feel itchy or stuck.Lots of people often say that there back hurts or there legs are sore ,this is due to the fact that your not stretching there muscles and body well. Slimming Training contains : Cardio Exercise In order to control your weight,you have to cardio. Cardio burns your Fat in the body .Basic cardio exercise are Walking,jogging,running,cycling and swimming.In order to be fit you have to do it on a regular basis. Recommendations in a week for a person who wants to be healthy/fit : In order to stay fit ,you have to do mix all three exercises 5-6 days a week ,according to your comfort level and your taste. Minimum Duration are :Strength : 120 minutes a week Stamina : 60 minutes a week Slimming : 90 minutes a week Hope you do try it ,and Enjoy your life fully.
